Jackie Davon created B.T. Coordination Services in 2020 after realising there was a real need for trustworthy support coordination here in the North East of Victoria. 

Jackie has over 20 years of experience in supporting people with a disability, both professionally and as a mother of children who are NDIS participants.  Her experience as a support worker and a parent gives her a unique insight into the issues facing NDIS participants.  This insight, her knowledge of the local disability sector and her passion to provide individualised, person-centred supports drive her to work hard to get the best possible outcome for you.  She has a varied employment history with experience in Finance, Business Management, Caring and Support Work, Disability Support, all the experience that Jackie brings with her comes in useful in her support coordination role. 

Jackie has been an active member of the N.E community for her entire life, which has given her a detailed understanding of the services and programs that are available to locals and access to the local service provider network, together this allows her to connect you to the most suitable service providers to support you in meeting your needs and achieving your goals.
