As part of our commitment to providing professional care to the highest possible level, we welcome all types of feedback about your experiences whilst engaging with BT Coordination Services and/or any worker or service associated with us.
This may include compliments, complaints, and suggestions.
We take all feedback extremely seriously and aim to respond as soon as possible.
Any complaint will be acknowledged by BT Coordination Services and will be carefully considered and acted upon.
